Who’s Who Registry of Academic Excellence is dedicated to the recognition of outstanding students throughout North America.
This site has been created as a useful source for students, parents, educators, educational organizations and non-profit charities. Links from this site have been established to provide an invaluable source of services and products to better educate visitors to this site regarding the numerous services Who’s Who Registry of Academic Excellence and the American Who's Who Association have to offer.

Privacy and Protection - Who’s Who Registry of Academic Excellence believes more than anything, that a child's privacy and security must be protected. The founders and employees will always put the highest priority on protecting the personal information of our honored students. The trust that is instilled in us by the students and, more importantly, the parents, is treated with the highest level of confidentiality, security and integrity. The information which thousands of students provide us on an annual basis is stored in a hacker-free, safe environment.
Access to information about you is restricted to the staff and its' service providers who require it to provide products and services to you. When AWWA shares information about you with an outside organization we require them to have the same privacy standards as we have. We restrict the amount of data that is shared to the portion that is appropriate to service you. AWWA collects and uses information about you to conduct business to consistently deliver top quality services and products you expect. Sources of this information include:
- The information provided to us on the student in biographical form and other correspondences you have with us including e-mail, telephone, and written inquiries as well as specific transactional information.
- Information we share with others. Occasionally we may allow companies outside of AWWA to offer products and services that may interest you. Various types of companies such as financial institutions, educational companies and other non-profit entities may offer these services.
- Additionally we share any portion of the information we collect with companies that market products and services on our behalf or where we have joint marketing agreements.
You always have the option to inform us not to share your information with any affiliated company or with companies outside of AWWA. This can be done by checking the opt-out box on your biographical form, when registering with our website or by calling 202-470-6246. Opting-out may limit your ability to take advantage of all of the benefits of our program. Students, you should always consult your parents or guardian before sending information about you over the internet, to us or to anyone else. Parents, any personally identifiable information that is collected by AWWA will be used for our internal purposes only, including research and product fulfillment. Such information will never be published or posted by us on an individual basis.
